The City

This partition plan acknowledges that East Jerusalem is the legal property of Arabs (excluding the Old City, which is regarded as international territory, in the spirit of UN resolutions 181 and 194).

The proposed exchanges of land between Israel and Palestinians (shown in dark blue and dark red) are based on mutual benefit and equal size of the exchanged territories.

The Kidron Valley is assumed as Common Ground for the mutual benefit of Jews and Arabs, serving as a corridor to a network of national parks and nature reserves in various parts of historical Palestine.
